In this paper, we will study the feasibility and design of a 10-megawatt unit in Isfahan's Nain region. This design consists of three objective functions. The objectives in this paper include the lowest cost of installation, commissioning, turbine purchase costs, and network connectivity, as well as the largest annual production plus the best reliability for turbines. The proposed model is presented in the form of a multi-objective optimization problem and the NSGA-II algorithm is used to achieve the acceptable category of responses. In the final section, we optimize the best turbine set using the algorithm used to locate. This location is located within the limits of the Islamic Azad University of Naying Branch.
