<p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -7.5pt; text-align: justify;">چکیده<span dir="LTR">:</span> پس از تجدید ساختار سیستم­ های قدرت، برنامه ­های پاسخگویی بار بخش عمده­ ای از برنامه­های مدیریت مصرف را تشکیل می­ دهند. زیرا ماهیت این برنامه­ ها برای تطبیق با ساختار جدید مدیریت سیستم قدرت بسیار مناسب است. امروزه این برنامه­ ها به عنوان راه ­حلی مناسب برای رفع برخی مشکلات سیستم­ های قدرت تجدید ساختار یافته مطرح هستند. هدف از برنامه مشارکت واحدها، تولید توان واحدها با کمترین هزینه است. در این مقاله علاوه بر معرفی روش ­های پاسخگویی بار، مکانیزمی جهت اجرای هم­زمان برنامه مشارکت واحدها و برنامه­ های پاسخگویی بار اضطراری و بارهای قابل قطع/کاهش ارائه می ­شود که علاوه بر کاهش هزینه­ه ای پرداختی، سبب مسطح شدن منحنی بار و افزایش قابلیت اطمینان سیستم شده است.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract - </strong>After the power systems restructuring, major part of the demand management programs will be formed by response programs, since the nature of these programs is very compatible with the new management power system structure. Nowadays, these programs are considered as a convenient solution for rectifying some of the deregulated power systems problems. The aim of unit commitment is the generation of power units with the lowest cost. In this research, besides the introduction of demand response methods, a mechanism is presented for the simultaneous implementation of the unit commitment programs, emergency demand response and interruptible/curtailable loads programs which causes a flattened load curve and increases the reliability of the system in addition to the payment costs reduction.</p>
